We will be despatching orders right up until Friday 20th December 2024 for delivery by Monday 23rd but we would advise our customers to please order as early as possible for Christmas to allow for any unforeseen delays that may occur in the delivery network due to the busy holiday season. IN STOCK items will be despatched promptly as always. If ordering an out of stock item (marked “Due in 3-5 Days”) we would suggest leaving it no later than 12th December to allow time for stock to reach us and be sent on to you.

 

CHRISTMAS 2024 RETURNS:

As we understand many Christmas presents are purchased well in advance of the big day, we will be extending our returns deadline until 31st January 2025 for all items purchased between 01/11/24 and 23/12/24. All other standard returns terms & conditions still apply.

 

 

Carriage Charges, Delivery Times & Returns

For orders being sent to UK mainland addresses carriage is £4.99 per order for standard delivery.

  • We also offer an EXPRESS delivery service for just £7.99 (UK mainland addresses only), this service is only available Mon-Thu on orders placed before 1pm (not including Bank Holidays) and is available at the checkout.
  • Orders must be placed before 1pm for dispatch that day (orders placed after 1pm may be dispatched the following day but will still be charged at the higher rate).
  • If you decide to select EXPRESS delivery, please ensure that all the items you have ordered are showing as IN STOCK in your shopping basket.
  • Items that are "due in 3-5 days" or "email for delivery date" cannot be dispatched immediately (you may still be charged the higher rate of postage if you select the option).
  • EXPRESS delivery is a weekday service only, if you order on Friday before 1pm, your order will be delivered the next WORKING day, being Monday (not including Bank Holidays).
  • Our courier company now offers a weekend delivery service. Place your order by 1pm on Friday (not including Bank Holidays) and have your order delivered to you either on Saturday or Sunday (UK Mainland only).
  • We can not specify a time slot for your delivery, our courier company will text/email you this information on the day of delivery.
  • Please note when you get a notification text/email from our courier company DPD, if you select the local shop/DPD drop off option your parcel will be delayed upto 24hrs as it will need to be returned to the depot for re-labelling.

FREE DELIVERY:

We offer FREE DELIVERY (UK mainland only) on certain products and from time to time in special promotional emails and magazine adverts. If your order qualifies for FREE DELIVERY, the order will be dispatched via our standard delivery service (see above and delivery times below).

Certain heavy items may be subject to extra carriage charges but you will be informed of this before we process the order.

UK offshore including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, some Scottish Highland and Island addresses:

PAYPAL ORDERS: Orders paid for by this method must be sent to a Paypal confirmed address. We are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been placed as per Paypal's protection payment guidelines. Refunds to Paypal accounts take around 3-5 working days if you have a Paypal account, if the payment was made by credit card using Paypal (mobile site), refunds can take upto 30 days.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Our aim is to process all orders received on the same or next day. Most orders are despatched by DPD Courier services although some smaller orders will be despatched by Royal Mail.

We aim to process all orders in the shortest time possible, but occasionally delays may occur during peak periods or due to unavailability of stock. For this reason we do not guarantee delivery times. However, orders should be processed quickly, so if you feel there may be an unusual delay with your order and you have not already been contacted by us, please email info@morrant.com so we can advise you of the situation.

Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an automated email from the website confirming your order details. Please check this thoroughly to ensure your name and address details are correct and all the items you have ordered are listed. If you find any errors, please email us at info@morrant.com so we can resolve the issue for you.

You will receive a second order confirmation shortly after the first from one of our dedicated sales team who will have checked the order and processed it to the warehouse. Please read this email carefully as it will advise you of the status of your order. Should you have any queries, please email info@morrant.com so we can offer assistance.

We are commited to keeping our prices low and this includes the carriage charges. Your £4.99 goes towards paying for the postage, packaging, processing and insurance of your order. Morrant subsidise the cost of most parcels that we despatch.

STOCK:

When you select the required option (size, colour etc) for a product you want to order, the stock status will display beneath the selected option. Please check this carefully to be sure you know the availability of the items you are ordering.

'In Stock' means that the item is in stock and available for immediate despatch. If you are ordering large quantities of any one item, please contact us to check actual stock levels.

'Due in 3-5 Days* ORDER NOW' means that the selected item is out of stock but usually available from the manufacturer/supplier within 3 - 5 working days (delivery may vary, please allow for unforeseen delays). Some items with this message may actually be NEW preview items that are available for pre order. Therefore, please check the product description carefully to see if there is an estimated delivery date outside of the 3 - 5 days.

'email us for stock info' means that the item is out of stock without a confirmed delivery date. Please email or call us for advice before placing your order.

If you have ordered some in stock items and some out of stock items, we will usually release the in stock goods to be sent ahead. However, some orders may occasionally be delayed by the out of stock item so please check your order confirmation email from our sales team carefully to see whether or not the in stock items have been processed to the 'Picking' stage in our warehouse. If not, and all items show as 'Backorder', please feel free to contact us to have the available items despatched should you need them urgently. We will only ever charge you for one delivery per order even if we have to split the delivery (UK mainland only). However, items added to an order at a later date may incur additional delivery charges.

RETURNS:

New Goods: If on receipt you are not completely satisfied, simply return the goods unused in the original packaging within 30 days for a full refund (return costs are payable by the customer). Please send all returns to: Morrant Group Ltd, Unit 5 Station Estate, Eastwood Close, South Woodford, London E18 1BY. Please enclose a copy of your invoice requesting an exchange or refund. We regret that carriage charges are not refundable.

Faulty/Damaged Goods: If an item is damaged/faulty on receipt or becomes damaged after use, please contact us immediately for advice. DO NOT return used items before you have contacted us for approval. Should your return of a used item be approved, please ensure that the item is returned in a clean/hygenic condition, failure to do so may result in the item being discarded without compensation. Please note we do not cover return carriage cost for items that have become faulty.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY:

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Morrant Group Ltd reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.

Payment - Purchases will be made in pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.

Products sold by Morrant Group Ltd are on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.

Morrant Group Ltd cannot be held responsible for a non-delivery of any international orders and if an order is returned to us by a courier company for this reason delivery costs will not be refunded and new delivery costs will be charged if the order is re-sent.

By placing an order online, you agree to the above charges. All prices are subject to increase at any time by our carriers, should the price of delivery increase from the above prices, you will be notified before despatch.

OVERSEAS, OUTSIDE EUROPE:

Overseas orders outside of Europe are subject to international delivery charges. These are calculated by the weight and size of the parcel.

We recommend that if you are placing an order from outside of Europe, you email us first at info@morrant.com for a quote.

If ordering from outside Europe, you will be presented with a number of International delivery options in your shopping basket before you check out. Thes will range for XS - XXL which refers to the size/weight of the parcel. Due to the very varied nature of the equipment we supply in terms of sizes and weights, it is impossible to give accurate automated quotes for International deliveries online. Therefore, when you email us for a quote, we will advise you the best delivery option to select, we will then adjust the amount accordingly before processing your order. We will always email you the final order cost before we charge your card. If Paying by Paypal, any balance will either be refunded or will need to be paid if you have selected a lower delivery cost than necessary.

As a rough guide, the various parcel sizes are:

XS - One or two light items of clothing/gloves or a light pair of shoes/boots. Total length of parcel must be under 60cm. Max weight up to approx 1.5kg.

S - Shoes/Boots, a few items of clothing/gloves, a small bag etc. Total length of parcel must be under 60cm. Max weight up to 2kg.

M - Multiple small items or an average size piece of equipment such as a cricket bat, batting pads, hockey stick. Total length of parcel must be under 95cm. Max weight up to approx 3.5kg.

L - Mixed small to medium size items. eg. batting pads, gloves and bat or Hockey stick, shoes and stick bag. Or an average size cricket wheel bag (not larger models). Total length of parcel must be under 95cm. Max weight up to approx 8kg.

XL - Multiple items of varying sizes/weights or a single large/heavy item. Total length of parcel must be under 95cm. Max weight up to approx 13kg.

XXL - A large order of multiple items. Total length of parcel must be under 95cm. Max weight up to approx 20kg.

All International delivery prices are calculated individually once the parcel has been packed, weighed and measured or accurately estimated by our International parcel team. For this reason, it is very likely that the delivery cost quoted online will differ from the final price quoted be email before the order is processed. International Returns:

The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility; therefore we suggest you arrange a tracked or recorded delivery service. For high-value items we recommend you insure the costs of goods before you send them.

PLEASE NOTE: From time to time we run Free Delivery promotions within the UK. These offers are strictly for the UK market and only apply for deliveries to UK mainland addresses. While the website may accept a promo code against an overseas order, we will not despatch any overseas orders without charging the appropriate delivery charge.
